Woke up early for a run with my brother.
630 am, the neighbourhood still looked quite dead, save for the few early birds leaving for work and smartypants students who go to good schools in the west heading to the mrt.

Met sharon at mrt and headed down to town.
Lunched at some jap restaurant and caught up about poly/jc life.
Then, I realised I had a missed call. So I redailled the number and it led me to the SMU office of Admissions line.
ZOMG. I almost thought it was a prank call.
Anyhow, interview's scheduled next month. yikes. =/

Later on in the day, I went with Shar to watch Confessions of a Shoppaholic which we were both eagerly anticipating for it to hit the big screens.
The movie wasn't a let down, in fact, I think Isla Fisher's bubbly and vivacious personality really made the film a success.
I quite liked the way they portrayed her shoppaholic addiction when they made the manequins speak to her, enticing her to purchase whatever was on sale. The green scarf part was really, lol.
Ah well, the movie was very much enjoyable and definitely a chick-flick for girls/bring a boyfriend along kinda movie. It was odd when we spotted 1 pair of guys watching the show together. couldn't help but think twice about their relationship status. lol.

And after the movie, we did give in to our shoppaholic desires.
Bought the last two books of Twilight from MPH which was having a SALE, and some stuff from Marks and Spencer.
HMV-ed, but resisted the call of so many CDs on the racks. teehee, but we still went for cuppa at TCC.
Reminisced the good old secondary school days and our takes on life and its many complexities. Oh man, somehow I still feel stuck in time.. I still feel 16! D:
16, when we were just mulling over trivial day to day affairs without giving much thought about what the future may bring.
sigh. the nostalgia. lol.
